Celebrating 34 Years of Innovation and Growth at Victory

Alan recalls the company’s beginnings:

“Victory was formed in 1991, so it’s a proud moment for us to be celebrating 34 years in business. Back then, our focus was simply on establishing ourselves in the industry. By 1995, we had already ventured into manufacturing IR lamps and just a few years later in 1998, we expanded into producing IR fittings and units. That early period set the foundation for the global company we’ve become today.”

Victory’s first international steps came in 2003 with a new production facility in Shanghai, China. Alan explains:

“Then in 2013, we established our first North American warehouse in Dallas, Texas. These moves really transformed us from a UK-based manufacturer into a global business.”

Over the years, Victory has expanded its product offering. Alan shares:

“In 2016, we entered the Medium Pressure Blue UV market. In 2017, we acquired a UK-based UV lamp manufacturer, strengthening our capabilities. More recently, in 2019, we established Victory Europe to better serve our customers across the continent.”

“2024 was pivotal, we launched our new branding, purchased DPL Indstri and Dimatec Ltd, and established Victory North America — a significant milestone in strengthening our footprint in the U.S. market.”

This year, Victory celebrates its 34th anniversary alongside key achievements: integrating DPL, joining Made in Britain, and opening a brand-new Innovation and Production Centre dedicated to driving new technologies in IR and UV, improving production efficiency, and supporting global growth.

Alan concludes:

“Our mission has always been to innovate and provide reliable, high-quality lighting solutions worldwide. With our expanded facilities, growing team, and investment in R&D, we’re set to lead the way in both IR and UV lighting technologies for many more years to come.”
