Our corporate social responsibility (CSR) outlines our commitment to developing responsible working practices that produce minimal environmental harm in a sustainable manner. This works through our belief in being part of a bigger system outside our company where our actions can impact people, other organisations and the natural environment. By abiding to these standards we hope to give back to the world just as it has given to us.

Environmental Sustainability

Environmental sustainability is central to our operations. We have invested heavily in the development of energy-efficient LED lighting and infrared heating solutions, phasing out mercury-based UV products in favor of greener technologies. Our R&D team continues to drive innovation in sustainable lighting performance.

Across our packaging and shipping processes, we’ve introduced biodegradable materials like eco-friendly loose fill and recyclable air bags. In our offices, we’ve reduced paper waste through digital filing systems, incorporated motion-sensor lighting, and prioritised natural light to cut energy use. Recycling bins and sustainable office practices help embed our ethos into everyday routines.

We also support greener travel, offering an electric vehicle charging point for staff and visitors, promoting lift-sharing, and encouraging remote working when possible. Additionally, by relocating much of our production to the UK, we’ve significantly cut our transportation emissions and carbon footprint.

We offer flexible work arrangements that support diverse needs, including working parents and those requiring alternative schedules. Our remote and hybrid working options help reduce emissions and improve work–life balance, while also supporting resilience during disruptions like extreme weather or public health crises.

We are dedicated to personal and professional growth, providing training, apprenticeships, and clear career development paths. Our current apprenticeship scheme includes a technician in a six-year engineering program, combining university study with hands-on experience at Victory. We believe in equal opportunity and actively support local hiring and UK-based job creation through our expanding domestic production efforts.

Health and safety are foundational principles in our workplace. Every team member and visitor is briefed on safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all.
